Leandro is one of the greatest Brazilian experts in storytelling and corporate communication. He lived for many years in the United States, where he worked for The Walt Disney Company. He is one of the most renowned Brazilian speakers on Disney's strategies for leadership and customer enchantment. He acts as a business consultant and uses storytelling to create narratives to bring young professionals closer to the job of their dreams.

He used to be a diplomat of the Itamaraty, having worked at the United Nations. Leandro is a graduate from the University of São Paulo, with a postgraduate degree in Brand Management from UCLA - University of California Los Angeles. He has specialized in excellence in customer service from Disney University - a global training program for employees and cast. He is Professor of Storytelling, Brand Management and Innovation at the FIA-USP MBA program.
